How Can redness And Irritation In The Eyes Be Treated?

Right eye is very bloodshot and tearing with irritation and some pain at the upper right side, inside of socket . The irritation started in the morning like something was in my eye that would moved around. It progressed to the above condition with slight nasal drip.

thanks for your query to hcm . as I understand it could be due to some allery , injury or infection . you can wash your eye with clean water and give rest to eye . you can take pain relieving medicine like aceclophenac or acetaminophen . if not relieved consult a ophthalmologist for examination and treatment .
